I kinda have a really simple and stupid problem.. but it is driving me
nuts so I will ask it...
I wanted a gradiant pattern to appear on some text, much like the Gradient
surface on the Texture Example cube. I loaded that surface, but when I
render the object, it comes out with just the texture colour.
So at first I though it was becasue the text was 2D and not 3D, but
nope... 3D didn't work as well. Then I played with the size settings etc
and I still couldn't get it to appear gradiant. But when I loaded the cube
into the scene, it renders perfect and is about the same height as my text
so I assume that the settings are remotly correct! Arg.. it is driving me
nuts... what am I setting up wrong??
